Supreme Scallop Potatoes

Supreme Scallop Potatoes - another menu on birthday abang ngah. Untuk tekak kemelayuan, rasa mcm bland sket... tp tekak omputeh, this is a hit! Kena makan dengan sos cili nk kasi umpphhh lagi. Owhh lupa... resepi refer to allrecipes.com... pastu mcm biasa, derhaka sana sini... :-)

**oh.. cara buat dah diubah ye... mula2 susun atur 1/3 dr potatoes yg dah boiled tu 1st layer
**then sekatakan 1/3 gravy atas 1st layer potatoes tu..
**lepas tu susun cheddar cheese atas gravy tu.. menutupi keseluruhan potatoes 1st layer tu
**ulang 3 steps kat atas sampai 3 layer... sampai habis semua potatoes & gravy..
**finally, be generous to the topping.... then baked.... nyumm..nyumm.. makan panas2.....

Ingredients

6-3/4 medium potatoes, boiled
1-1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided (no stock so i used 6 pieces of kraft cheddar for sandwich) 1/4 cup and 1 teaspoon chopped onion
7/8 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted (i used i packet of campbell powder cream chicken soup)
3/4 cup and 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon sour cream (i omit this ingredient as i have no stock)
1/2 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon and 2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

This recipe's Ingredients were scaled to yield a new amount. The directions below still refer to the original recipe yield of 12 servings.
